JILLI333-ACE operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to request identification documents (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any outstanding balances will be paid out subject to our withdrawal policies. We reserve the right to close accounts that are inactive for an extended period or that violate any of these Terms.
All financial transactions on the Platform are governed by the following rules:

Abusing bonuses through strategies such as bonus hunting, collusion, or any other method intended to exploit promotional offers is prohibited. We monitor player behavior to detect bonus abuse.
Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities is strictly prohibited. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of such activities.
Using third-party software, bots, or any automated system to interact with the Platform is prohibited. All gameplay must be conducted by the player personally.
Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will be reported to the authorities and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. We monitor gameplay patterns to detect collusion.
Consequences of Prohibited Activities: If we reasonably believe that you have engaged in any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and report the activity to the relevant authorities. Additionally, you may be banned permanently from the Platform.
If you have a dispute with JILLI333-ACE, you agree to follow the following process:
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JILLI333-ACE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use of the Platform.
